UX Writing is crafting copy UI copy that guides users within a product and helps them interact with it. It is about creating content that strikes a balance between business goals and user needs — and works in sync with intuitive UX design to give users an incredible experience.

Importance Of UX Writing in Design

UX writing Drives Engagement and Improves Conversion. In order for users to be well-informed and cleanly guided through the user interface, UI screens must be packed with persuasive copy and other graphical UI elements. For instance; a text button says “Sign up” and another button says “Sign up for free”. Both copies pass aim at passing same message but the second button will have more conversions because the text was fully optimized to provoke action.
